Publix 8/27 $4.39 OOP wooohoo

You know me and my wine runs - they have to happen! this was a wine and coffee creamer trip, actually. And it drove me so crazy that i couldn't find my coffemate q's - i was like AHHHHH, I can't stand to pay full price for it when i know it should be free!!! Anyway, my total would have been only $3, but i think i still did great.

Publix 8/24 $5.05 OOP

I went this trip to get our peanut butter since it was so cheap - I think i was getting it for $0.30/pc . . and the hunts were cheap filler to help get my subtotal up to $25,the mt. olives were another cheap filler. . . the eggland's eggs are our favorite and they were on sale so i was sure to buy more, and the cats need dry food so i was sure to get 2 bags of the purina one since it was on sale plus i had $2 q's, making them only $3/bag. I used $19 in q's! not bad at all . . .

First Publix trip after our NC trip $29 OOP

Yeah, those bridal magazines sure are expensive!!!!!!!! $15 just for the 2 . . .
Also, my computer was still broken so i couldn't print any of my good MM q's.

This was the most romantic, amazing trip of my life. John really knocked it out of the park - I love you with all my heart, baby!!!!!!!! You totally surprised me!!

2 Publix trips in 1 day - 8/17 $12.01 OOP

Since we were leavin gthe next day for NC i wanted to, once again, buy my wine supply while i was here in SC with all my coupons and my wonderful PUblix. I used $33 in q's . . . thank you, Publix - love you!!!

August 17 Publix $6.05 oop

This trip was stictly for the pets, obvisouly - and I know i could have done better by making 2 transactions - but anyway, we were going out of town the next day so i had to get all this at once. The treats were free and i used $1 q for the traing pads and a $1 q for the litter. I used $38 in q's!

HT Super Double trip #2 $9 OOP

This was the last day of super doubles - I was so glad to see Kristian at HT! Go, girl - you are really getting the hang of your couponing!!!!!!!!
So I had tearpad q's for $1 off beef wyb Sara Lee bread. And i had sara lee blinkies for $0.75 off poundcake. I tried to use the poundcake q's but of course they didn't scan. but the manager was SO nice! he came over and pushed them through AND made sure they doubled. I was shocked. I was like "you don't have to do that, i was just hoping they would scan for any sara lee - i didn't even buy poundcake." So my total OOP was $9, whcih is really great esp considering i got 4 lbs of ground beef. Anyway, so HT superdoubles was prtty good to us this time around. I also got for free of the 15th some Kashi crackers, 2 more mystic pizzas, and 2 stouffers chicken pot pies.

My sweetie had his birthday and we went to HHI to celebrate! It was great - I hope he had as much fun as I did!!!!
I wish I could have been able to keep up with HT super doubles but a couponing break can be a good thing sometimes . . .
Before we left on our trip I made a quick run to Publix, buying my wine and some ice for the cooler. I also noticed on SS that the marizetti (sp?) products were free, and i had 3 of those q's - so I got 2 bottles of banana peppers, and 1 jalepeno slices. VanCamps pork and beans gave me overage so i was able to buy 4 of those (that's all the q's i had). I spent about $15 - which isn't too bad, esp considerin gi had 2 big gulps!

HT super doubles Trip 1 $1.24 OOP 8/11

this was the first day of SUper Doubles, I arrived at 9:30am, and i got the last 7 kraft homestyle mac-n-cheeses. . .

August 9 HT great sale $5.98 OOP

Thanks to HotCouopnWorld i knew that the pillsbury, puffs, and nature's own bread were free . . .and the keilbasas were $1.25/pc after coupons so I went ahead and bought a few -

I used $46 in coupons this trip!

August 5 Publix $6.37 OOP

I wasl oving the sale on glad cling wrap - wish i had more q's - but at least i was able to get 2 at $0.25/pc! Crystal light and schick gave overage, as well as pedigree.

August 3 HT $10 OOP shrimp sale

I had to run to HT really quickly to get a bag of shrimp - they were B1G2 free, making them only $4.25/lb, so i went ahead and got a 2lb bag.

August 3 Publix $16 OOP

This was a great trip, buy many essentials and using over $80 in q's . . I would have liked to have divided this into 2 transactions to get my OOP lower but it was Tuesday so I didn't have time . . .

July 27 Publix $17.26 OOP

This was one of those trips that I thought my subtotal would have been much lower - and I went back through my reciept and about $9 in q's hadn't scanned or were missing. So my subtotal really should have been close to $4. Anyway, I can't remember how I resolved this trip -

July 18 Publix $11.42 OOP

This was an awesome trip - I used $63 in coupons and the Bic Overage to get my subtotal down to $8!!

Publix 7/28 coupon nazi $9.37 OOP

This time I got a coupon nazi cashier - Milagros - she was slow and awful!! she didn't want to take any coupons hardly. i handed her my stack of q's and before i knew it she was just handing one after the other right back to me. I would have to be like, "no, I bought those eggs," or "no, I bought 5 Hefty packs." It didn't help that I had a scrubbing bubbles coupon in there that I wasn't supposed to have, but I mean, COME ON. What a B! Oh, and I had taken the $1 off chicken peelies off my chicken and put them in the stack of q's, too - well, I didn't read the fine print - and it was "$1 off this chicken NOW (wyb velveeta)." So, she caught that, and I think that was what set the tone of her distrusting me. Whatever, Milagros - YOU're gross - LOL. I went back and did the math - If she would have taken all my coupons my total OOP would have actually been a $0.05 MM. If she would have taken all except the chicken peelies it would have only been $1.95. If I hadn't been in such a huge hurry I would have disputed it but I just decided to go on my way. I will watch her more closely next time!!
